Grosvenor Brentwood Master Plan is a new condo development by Grosvenor currently in preconstruction at Beta Avenue & Dawson Street, Burnaby.
With 70 years of experience in Metro Vancouver, we plan to transform a 7.9-acre site in the heart of the Brentwood into a thriving community with approximately 3,500 new homes, including 2,450 rentals, a new community centre and 200,000 square feet of commercial space. This will be our largest mixed-use development in North America.
Located within one of Metro Vancouver’s fastest-growing communities and one block from the Brentwood SkyTrain station in Burnaby, our Brentwood mixed-use development takes an innovative approach that aims to be a model for large-scale, pedestrian-focused, transit-oriented development across the region. Our master plan will also exceed the City of Burnaby’s sustainability requirements for carbon and energy, as well as achieve our corporate commitment to net-zero carbon emissions in all our directly managed buildings by 2030.
